Pre-K Summer School is over!
Mrs. Jones stopped in to see Miss Picard and her class.
They were learning about life in the ocean.

at the Fireworks at the Ridley Park Lake on Sunday!
What a spectacular show in the sky!

  We are sad the year is over! What great kids in both classes!
  Lots of personality, creativity, energy, and fun!

It was "Pick a Different Name Day" June 5!
Mrs. PartyHat, Mrs. O'Clock and Harvey were our teachers!
Everyone picked a new name and wore a nametag!
We had to call them that all day! It was crazy fun!

For the last days of school we recalled the fun we had this year!
Remember our Field Trips to the Museum, the Play and the Zoo?
How about Grandparent's Day, Dinosaur Day, and Field Day?

What a perfect day for a field trip to the Brandywine Zoo!
Thanks to all the chaperones for making our trip fun!

for Mrs. Jones' pin collection and for the toy Phanatic for our sound tubs!


We had so much fun making presents for our Mothers!


Thank you to our Home and School Assoc for holding a plant sale
so we could buy flowers for our Moms for Mother's Day.

Kindergarten went to The Wooden Heart Play at Neumann College.
The PM Class stayed all day and ate lunch in our classroom!

It was Harmonica Day in the AM Class!
Jamie and Paige's Dad played some songs on his harmonicas
then gave us each a harmonica to play and keep!


Kindergarten welcomes our Instructional Aide, Mrs. Ward!
Good luck to Mrs. Carney who accepted a position with Widener University!
It was great seeing Mrs. Carney on Dinosaur Day! We're glad she stopped by!


On Wed, Apr 1, Dinosaur Day was held in the gym room!
Thank you to all the Moms, Dads, Pop Pops, Mom Moms and Aunts
who played with us and ate lunch with us!

Flashlight Day was so much fun!
Our Music teacher, Mrs. Boettger, played a High School Musical 3 CD
and we danced in the dark with our flashlights shining!

Fire Prevention Week is Oct 5-11, 2008!
We will talk about fire safety rules we should practice every year.
Family Homework is to plan and have a fire drill at home
and include where your family should meet once you are all outside.
The Ridley Park Fire Department will visit Kdg on Fri and invites
Borough residents to their Open House from 1-3:30 on Oct 11!

Mrs. Carney played a Roll and Color Brown Bear Dice Game in her group.
