Afternoon Class Make Up Days
The Morning and Afternoon Classes do not switch at mid year. Because the InService Days usually cancel the PM Class, they need to make up 4 days so they can attend the required number of school days.
We are planning 1 "all day" theme day in our cafeteria and 3 field trips.
Both AM Classes and the PM Class will see a play at Neumann College in Aston in the morning presented by The Stages of Imagination. We will return to Lakeview School around 11:30 AM. The AM Classes are dismissed to go home. The PM Class will eat lunch in our classroom then will stay at school until their usual dismissal time.
"Dinosaur Day" is usually held the Wednesday before Spring Break in the Lakeview School cafeteria from 8:40 until 2:15 PM. Both AM Classes and the PM Class will attend all day and will eat lunch in the cafeteria.
We will go to The Delaware Museum of Natural History in Wilmington, Delaware.
We will go to the Brandywine Zoo in Wilmington, Delaware. We usually go in May from 8:40 to 2:00PM.
