We are planning many activities for the children this year and would appreciate any help you can give us in our classroom to make school even more exciting for your child! As a parent helper you can do many things to assist with our program.
- help a small group with an art project
- write down a story a child dictates to you
- help a child stretch words to spell
- assemble books the children make
- prepare future projects
Every month a sign up sheet will be circulated by a homeroom parent before and after school. You may also send in a note in your child’s folder with the days you are available. We hope all moms and dads or grandparents will be able to find some time to help in our classroom this year!

Each class needs 3 homeroom parents to plan and prepare the parties,
sign up monthly parent helpers, help with school activities and make phone calls. Homeroom Parents are selected by the Home and School Association.
