Kindergarten Registration
We encourage you to register your child early so we can keep an eye on our class size. The following items are required for incoming students:
Child's Birth Certificate and/or Baptismal Certificate
Child's Social Security Number
Child's Immunization Records
Parent Driver's License or Picture ID
3 Proofs of Residency (A Driver's License can be one of the proofs.)
Incoming students to First through Fifth Grade:
Transfer papers from prior school.
If you know someone in your neighborhood who has yet to register their Kindergarten student or is new to the community, please have them call the Lakeview office at 610-534-1900 ext. 1444 and we will gladly mail them a packet of information.
