How Do You Brush Your Teeth?
Mrs. Jones read The Tooth Book by Dr. Seuss then we talked about
how you brush your teeth. Here is what each group said:
Dalton, Danielle, Kara, Nicholas, Samantha, and Ryan
* Go to the bathroom sink and take out your toothbrush.
* Put water and toothpaste on your brush.
* Brush back and forth and up and down.
* Brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth.
* Rinse your brush and put it away.
* Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water.
* Put your cup away or throw it away.
Anthony, Tara, Kerri, John, Michael, and Tatiana
* Go to the bathroom sink.
* Put toothpaste on your brush and wet the brush.
* Brush your teeth. Go up and down and back and forth.
* Brush your tongue, cheeks and the roof of your mouth.
* Rinse your toothbrush and put it away.
* Rinse your mouth and spit it out.
* Put your cup away or throw it away.
* Dry your mouth and hands.
Shawn, Gabby, Colleen, Bobby, Matthew and Danny
* Go to the sink you usually use to brush your teeth.
* Get out your toothbrush.
* Wet your brush then put toothpaste on it.
* Brush your teeth. Go back and forth and up and down.
* Brush your tongue, gums and cheeks.
* Get a cup and rinse your mouth.
* Hang up your toothbrush.
