Subject: Ridley Park Field trip opportunity
Drs. Karkenny and Hayes, orthodontists in Ridley Park are offering a free
program at their office to teach children about dental hygiene. They run
"stations" which explore proper brushing, flossing, nutrition, etc. They
offer the kids free toothbrushes and toothpaste and dental education
materials to take home. They are open to any grade but have worked
successfully with third grade in the past. Since it is close - you could
walk over and promote fitness as well. If anyone is interested, please contact
Maria at 610-521-1110.
